In addition to helping us identify our preferences for a new house, she also negotiated the purchase terms and conditions of the house we chose. It was our first time buying a home and although selecting the home was fairly easy, the closing process was a nightmare as we were buying the home from a relocation company. With that said, it was Gina who was on top of gathering what was needed and when items were requested from the seller's side, it was Gina who stepped up and assisted in gathering the info while the seller's realtor was just there for the ride. Closing was about to get extended a second time due to a stalemate between my lender and the relocation company and once again, it was Gina who bridged the communications and all was resolved in time for closing. What seemed as a stressful and discouraging situation at times, Gina was always there to comfort and assure us throughout. She was accommodating, understanding, and very pleasant to interact with; I truly recommend Gina as a trusted advisor for any real estate transaction.
